Born and raised in Porto, Portugal and currently living in Berlin, Germany, I studied Photography and Graphic Design. Professionally, I have collaborated with art galleries as a gallery assistant alongside developing personal artistic projects. As the world gets more and more digital as well as more and more cluttered, I felt an urge to return to Design to contribute to solutions for making things easier, more honest, and straightforward. The logical next step for me was to transition to UX Design, and, for that, I've sought a diploma in this field. At the moment I'm pursuing another degree in UI Design at the Glasgow Caledonian University, run by the UX Design Institute as well as trying to hold a (firm) grasp in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I'm currently also learning new tools such as AxureRP, Figma, Marvel, and InVision. Apart from work, I enjoy reading, watching movies, gardening, or photographing. Braun wristwatches, pens, and lakes are among the things that bring me joy. I also spend a lot of time researching topics such as digital privacy, social networks, and sustainability.
